Summary

Meeting minutes for two working groups, plus three register updates.

Meeting minutes

  • Supply Chain Group — 18 Aug 2026: added to supplyChainGroup.md (table row + full Quick recap / Next steps / Summary entry).
  • Conformity Group — 8 public-comment review meetings (26 May – 12 Aug 2026): converted from transcripts into conformityGroup.md as ## YYYY-MM-DD Meeting Summary sections (Attendance · Quick recap · Discussion topics · Decisions · Action items).
  • Restyled the Conformity "Previous Meetings" table to hyperlinked dates + a one-sentence summary per meeting (matching supplyChainGroup.md), keeping the Materials column. Also fixed a stale duplicate 2025-11-05 row (Meeting #7 (closed) is 25 Nov).

Register updates

All changes edit the normative registers/*/register.json first, then regenerate the docs page — per the register data workflow.

SWI (registers/swi/register.json) — three software-vendor registrations:

  • BSV Association — had been added directly to the docs page (bypassing the register) so it would have been wiped on the next regeneration; reinstated in the register. Fixed the submitter's copy-paste artefacts (entry id copied from Reeco; product/process text) and invalid scope codes (DTR→DTE, DIR→IDR). Placeholder DID.
  • GAG Nexus Pvt Ltd (#619 (closed)) — complete registration; textile/garment DPP platform. Normalised country IN→India; industryFocus set to textiles/apparel (the market served) rather than their own ISIC 6201 (software).
  • DigiProd Pass LTD (#794) — ⚠️ bare commitment: the submitter left the statement, product details, ISIC and version as unfilled template placeholders, so this renders with no product. Minimal vendor entry added; worth going back to the submitter to complete it.
  • Regeneration also corrected a stale Reeco entry (register had status: active + softwareVersionId 0.2.0-untp070 since 2 Jul, but the docs page had never been regenerated).

CVC (registers/cvc/register.json) — moved the two Responsible Business Alliance vocabularies to production URLs:

  • RBA VAP → https://vocab.credentials.responsiblebusiness.org/vap
  • RMAP → https://vocab.credentials.responsiblebusiness.org/rmap
  • Covers vocabularyURL plus all nested profile / version / criterion URLs (3 VAP + 11 RMAP). GBA Battery Passport and Copper Mark left unchanged.

Notes for reviewers

  • DigiProd Pass (#794) is incomplete — no product/statement; may want to hold or request completion from the submitter.
  • Two scope-code corrections on BSV (DTR→DTE, DIR→IDR) are my interpretation of invalid codes — DIR→IDR is a best-guess transposition (could conceivably be DIA); easy to change.
  • Process reminder: the BSV entry originally reached the site via a direct edit to website/docs/implementations/swi/index.md rather than the register JSON. SWI changes must go through registers/swi/register.json + regeneration, or they get overwritten.
