Fix duplicate key error when submitting reviews
Created by: Edouard-Legoupil
The proposal_peer_reviews table had a unique constraint on (proposal_id, reviewer_id), which caused a DatabaseError when a reviewer submitted comments for multiple sections.
This change modifies the unique constraint to be on (proposal_id, reviewer_id, section_name), allowing multiple comments per review.
The submit_for_review and submit_review functions in backend/api/proposals.py have been updated to align with the new schema.
- Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?
- Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?
- Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
