feat: Implement hybrid search and citations for VectorSearchTool

Edouard Legoupil requested to merge hybrid-search-with-citations into main_dev

Created by: Edouard-Legoupil

This commit enhances the VectorSearchTool with a hybrid search strategy that combines vector similarity and full-text search to improve the relevance of search results.

Key changes:

  • Modified the SQL query in VectorSearchTool to calculate a hybrid_score.

  • Included the source URL for each text chunk in the search results.

  • Updated the research_task and write_task configurations to handle and utilize the source URLs for citations.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
