feat: Implement hybrid search and citations for VectorSearchTool

This commit enhances the VectorSearchTool with a hybrid search strategy that combines vector similarity and full-text search to improve the relevance of search results.
Key changes:

Modified the SQL query in
VectorSearchToolto calculate ahybrid_score. -
Included the source URL for each text chunk in the search results.

Updated the
research_taskandwrite_taskconfigurations to handle and utilize the source URLs for citations. -
