  from PDF to Markdown, with diagrams redrawn as Mermaid
- Add plain-language methodology summaries for CCTS/CCBDA and linked data
- Add local replicas of core W3C standards (RDF, RDFS, OWL, SKOS,
  JSON-LD, VCDM, DID) as verbatim HTML plus Markdown conversions
- Add alignment-challenges assessment and alignment-strategy analysis
  (strengths/weaknesses, two pathways, and a recommendation)
- Generate PDF renderings of the methodology documents
- Add cspell dictionary and .gitignore
