Rewrite the overview page as a genuine site overview rather than a
technical deep-dive: lead with the business case, then the verifiable
trade documents grouped into Trade / Transport / Financial / Regulatory
(KTDDE / UN/CEFACT Web Vocabulary categories), then architecture,
governance, and implementation/testing/registering overviews with links
into each section.

Its technical-architecture and trust-registry content duplicated the
(better) Architecture page and is dropped. The unique Normative Design
Rules (issuer identification) move to the Architecture page. Flesh out
the governance stub with a brief terms-of-reference / participation /
decision-making overview.
