Follow-up of !778 (merged). Vendor declaration: Reeco moves to active and registers its production build.

• softwareVersionId: https://reeco.eco/.well-known/untp/software/dpp-issuer/0.2.0 — resolves HTTP 200 with Content-Type: application/json, serves the static SoftwareVersion descriptor
• versionLabel: 0.2.0-untp070
• Matches issuingSoftware.id/version in every credential issued by this build, e.g. https://ia.reeco.eco/v0.7/dpp/d3a6ff65-a1a0-54a2-981d-947aebb82a4c
• issuingSoftware.vendor.id in issued credentials now equals the registered vendor DID did:web:ia.reeco.eco (resolvable)
• register.json validated against register-schema.json (Draft 2020-12, 0 errors)
