Update Reeco SWI entry: real did:web vendor DID + UNTP 0.7.0

Reeco SWI register entry update.

  • vendor.id replaced placeholder did with production did:web:ia.reeco.eco; resolves HTTP 200 at https://ia.reeco.eco/.well-known/did.json with matching document id.
  • declaredUntpVersions bumped 0.6.1 -> 0.7.0, consistent with live UNTP 0.7.0 implementation and previously merged MR !776 (merged) (reeco-didweb-070).
  • Regenerated SWI register markdown and mirror per repo build chain.
  • Scope: Reeco entry only. No other vendor entries modified.
