update DTE page to promote EPCIS to first class citizen

It's important that we position both he UNTP DTE simplified lifecycle events and EPCIS 2.0 as equal citizens in the DTE specification. This MR adds some words to that effect at the top of the page and then details an EPCIS profile for UNTP at the bottom of the page.'
