update VCP page

Minor updates to VCP page

• replace reference to test @context files with production files.
• removed did registration table - bit premature with only 2 did methods.
• cleaned up wording of vocabulary section to align with our cleaned up UNTP core vocabulary architecture
• added an informative section on wallets and presentations.
• general tidy up of grammar and spelling and structure.
