docs(dpp): normative issuingSoftware for SWI (draft, Verisav #662)

Summary

Draft — awaiting maintainer confirmation of target file (DPP specification vs SWI registration guide vs JSON Schema fragment).

Normative text for issuingSoftware on the DPP Product credential subject, cross-referenced to the SWI register-schema.json. Contributed by Verisav SAS (did:web:verisav.fr) following public review #662 and maintainer invitation to help firm up SWI observability before v1.0.

Changes

  • Add requirement DPP-19 (software identification)
  • Add section Software identification (issuingSoftware) in DigitalProductPassport.md
  • Cross-link to existing SWI registration guide

Open questions for maintainers

  1. Is DigitalProductPassport.md the right normative home, or should this live only in the SWI guide?
  2. Should Product.json / Core Vocabulary be updated in the same MR?
  3. Confirm credentialSubject placement vs credential root for issuingSoftware in v0.7.0.
