Fixes bug in reference identification and adds real-time updates

This commit addresses several issues and adds new features to the knowledge card functionality.

Fixes:

  • Fixes a bug where identifying new references for a knowledge card would result in a 422 Unprocessable Entity error. This was caused by a missing title field in the request body.

Features:

  • Adds a scraping status badge to each reference card, indicating whether the reference is pending, ingested, or has an error.

  • Implements real-time updates for the scraping status badge during the ingestion process using Server-Sent Events (SSE).

  • Modifies the "Populate Card Content" feature to stream and display generated sections as they become available, improving the user experience.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
