Fix missing audit fields in identify_references endpoint

This commit fixes a NOT NULL constraint violation that occurred when creating references in the identify_references endpoint. The created_by and updated_by fields were missing from the INSERT statement.

This is the final fix that complements the previous changes:

  • Frontend auto-save on 'Identify References'.

  • Corrected KeyError by using user_id.

  • Relaxed one_link_only DB constraint.

  • Cleaned JSON output from the AI crew.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
