feat: Implement progress modal with progress bar

Created by: Edouard-Legoupil

This commit implements a progress modal with a progress bar and a status message to provide detailed feedback to the user during knowledge card content generation.

  • The backend now uses Redis to track the progress of the generation task.

  • The frontend now displays a progress modal with a progress bar and a status message that is updated in real-time by polling a new status endpoint.
