refactor: Enhance Excel export formatting

This commit enhances the 'Download Tables' feature by adding more formatting to the exported Excel file.

  • Applies a bold font and a background color to the header row of each table.

  • Auto-adjusts column widths to fit the content.

  • Adds auto-filters to the header row of each table.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
