feat: Add delete and transfer options to review projects

This commit adds the 'delete' and 'transfer' options to the '...' menu for projects under the 'Projects for Review' tab on the dashboard.

The following changes were made:

  • Passed the handleDeleteProject and handleTransferOwnership props to the Project component for review projects in Dashboard.jsx.

  • Updated the handleDeleteProject and confirmTransfer functions in Dashboard.jsx to refresh the list of reviews after a successful operation.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
