docs: Update README files with testing instructions
Created by: Edouard-Legoupil
This commit updates the README.md files for both the backend and frontend to reflect the recent addition of Playwright tests.
The backend README now includes a "Testing" section that points to the end-to-end tests.
The frontend README now includes a detailed "Testing with Playwright" section that serves as a tutorial on how to set up the local environment, load the test data, and run the tests.
