fix: Update Pydantic models for form data

This commit resolves a 422 Unprocessable Entity error that occurred during the proposal generation process. The error was caused by a mismatch between the frontend form data structure and the backend Pydantic models.

Modifies the
SectionRequestandRegenerateRequestmodels inbackend/models/schemas.py. -
Changes the type of the
form_datafield fromDict[str, str]toDict[str, Any]to correctly handle arrays from multi-select inputs. -
