fix: Update Pydantic models for form data

This commit resolves a 422 Unprocessable Entity error that occurred during the proposal generation process. The error was caused by a mismatch between the frontend form data structure and the backend Pydantic models.

  • Modifies the SectionRequest and RegenerateRequest models in backend/models/schemas.py.

  • Changes the type of the form_data field from Dict[str, str] to Dict[str, Any] to correctly handle arrays from multi-select inputs.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
