fix: Add missing id and name attributes to form fields

This commit addresses an accessibility issue where several form field elements were missing id and name attributes. These attributes are important for browser autofill and for screen reader users.

  • Adds id and name to the search input on the Dashboard.

  • Adds id and name to the main prompt and regenerate textareas in the Chat view.

  • Updates the renderFormField function to generate a sanitized, kebab-case id and name for all dynamically created inputs, ensuring they are valid and unique.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
