feat: Add duplicate knowledge card warning

  • Adds a modal to the knowledge card creation flow to warn users if a knowledge card with the same outcome, field_context or donor already exists.

  • The modal includes a link to the existing knowledge card.

  • Explains in the modal that ad-hoc knowledge cards with specific references and content can be added to offer flexibility.

  • If the user confirms, they can create the knowledge card.

  • Also adds a "Duplicate" badge to knowledge cards on the dashboard if they are duplicates.

  • Includes a delete button on duplicate knowledge cards on the dashboard.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
