feat: Flag and allow deletion of duplicate knowledge cards

Adds a badge to the dashboard to flag knowledge cards that are linked to the same donor, outcome, or field context. Also adds a delete button to these cards to allow users to remove them.
This change includes:

Dashboard.jsxto identify and flag duplicate knowledge cards. -
A "Duplicate" badge and a delete button are now conditionally rendered on the
KnowledgeCardcomponent. -

handleDeleteKnowledgeCardfunction inDashboard.jsxto handle the deletion of knowledge cards. -
Styling for the new badge and delete button.
