fix(frontend): Prevent saving of new reference on cancel
Created by: Edouard-Legoupil
This commit fixes a bug where a new reference would be saved even if the user canceled the action. The handleCancelEditReference function has been updated to check if the reference is new and remove it from the state if it is.
