fix(chat): Resolve knowledge card display and section regeneration bugs

This commit addresses two distinct issues in the Chat.jsx component:

  1. Display All Outcome Knowledge Cards: The logic for fetching and displaying knowledge cards associated with multiple outcomes has been corrected. Previously, the application would only show the first card from each API response. The code has been updated to properly handle and display all returned knowledge cards, ensuring that users have a complete view of all relevant information.

  2. Fix Section Regeneration: The section regeneration feature was failing with a 400 Bad Request error. This was due to a missing session_id in the API request. The session_id has now been correctly included in the request body, resolving the error and restoring the functionality.
