Fix(knowledge-card): Sanitize filename for Word export

This commit fixes an issue where the exported Word document for a knowledge card would not include the ".docx" file extension if the card's title contained a period.

This was caused by the slugify function retaining the period, which confused some browsers.

This has been resolved by replacing any periods in the title with hyphens before slugifying the filename.
