feat: Auto-associate knowledge cards on proposal generation

  • Automatically fetches and associates the most recent knowledge cards for donor, outcome, and field context when generating a proposal.

  • Updates the associated knowledge card display to be hyperlinks that open in a new tab.

  • Renames the "Associate Knowledge" button to "Manage Knowledge" to better reflect its function.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
