fix(dashboard): implement text and type filters for knowledge cards

Implements text and type filters for knowledge cards in the dashboard.

The text filter now correctly searches the summary, donor name, outcome name, and field context name of the knowledge cards.

A new type filter has been added to the filter modal, allowing users to filter knowledge cards by type (donor, outcome, or field context).

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
