feat: Complete and visualize all dashboard metrics

This commit finalizes the metrics dashboard by implementing charts for all remaining metrics.

Backend changes (backend/api/metrics.py):

  • Adds new endpoints for /metrics/average-funding-amount and /metrics/proposal-volume.
  • Enhances the _get_filter_clauses helper to support status-based filtering.

Frontend changes (frontend/src/screens/Dashboard/components/MetricsDashboard/MetricsDashboard.jsx):

  • Replaces all 'coming soon' placeholders with actual charts.

  • Adds a Pie chart for 'Proposals by Category'.

  • Adds a Bar chart for 'Donor Interest'.

  • Adds a display card for 'Average Funding Amount'.

  • Adds Bar charts for 'Proposal Volume' by user and team.

  • Implements useMemo for chart data processing to improve performance.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the reviewer have all the information to validate the features/issues without too much research?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
