Feat: Enable concurrent connections with Gunicorn

This commit introduces Gunicorn as the production web server for the FastAPI backend, replacing the Uvicorn development server. This change allows the application to handle multiple concurrent connections from users, making it suitable for a production environment.

  • A gunicorn.conf.py file has been added to configure Gunicorn with an optimal number of worker processes.

  • The start.sh script has been updated to use Gunicorn for running the backend and has been streamlined to focus solely on the backend deployment.

  • Does my code meet the quality standards for releasing packages?

  • Does the customer who will validate the associated tickets have the information to do so without wasting time?
