Specific type/format tests for issuer and validFrom

Adds three individual schema requirements tests per trade document:

  • issuer must be declared as type string
  • issuer must be declared with format uri
  • validFrom must be declared as type string with format date-time

Replaces MR !47 with targeted, per-field assertions.
