Delivery Order schema (KTDDE Batch 2)

Adds the Ship's Delivery Order (SDO) as a Verifiable Credential schema, covering all 15 KTDDE elements (12 mandatory) with 0 gaps.

Registers SDO in the compliance script and updates manual mappings: adds new UIDs 2107 and 3282 (per-doc), adds 7102 as global shippingMarks, and extends per-doc entries for 1188, 3000, 3356, 6012, and 8260.
