Adds the Payment Confirmation (PC) as a Verifiable Credential schema, covering all 9 KTDDE elements (5 mandatory) with 0 gaps.

Registers PC in the compliance script and adds new global mappings for 3370 (payee), 5004 (monetaryAmount), 6343, 6345, and per-doc 3192 (accountHolder).

Merge request reports
