Adds the Air Waybill (AW) as a Verifiable Credential schema, covering all 25 KTDDE elements (20 mandatory) with 0 gaps.

Registers AW in the compliance script and updates manual mappings: converts 1039/3170/7357 from global-null to per-document overrides, adds new UIDs 3174/3258/4080/5290/6343/6345/7004, and extends per-doc entries for 1188, 3214, 4002, 6012, 6322, 7002, and 7012.
