Clarify aggregation events and globally unique URNs

Two simple changes to the documentation to clarify:

  1. Mapping inputs and outputs to childEPCs and parentID respectively in the EPCIS profile.
  2. Clarify globally unique URNs, not just UUIDs, are acceptable as identifiers.
