feat(swi): Reeco — live did:web identifier + UNTP 0.7.0

Updates the Reeco software-implementer entry with verifiable data. Single file, single entry — no formatting changes elsewhere.

  • vendor.id: replaces the Phase-0 placeholder with Reeco's live, resolvable DID — did:web:ia.reeco.eco. The DID document (https://ia.reeco.eco/.well-known/did.json) returns HTTP 200 and contains the current Ed25519 (#ed25519-1) and ES256 (#es256-1) signing keys, a rotated-out key (#key-1) kept for historic verification, and an UNTPVerificationService endpoint (#dpp-api -> https://ia.reeco.eco/api/v1/dpp/).
    • declaredUntpVersions: 0.6.1 -> 0.7.0 (platform now conformant to UNTP 0.7.0).
    • status: unchanged ("planned") — pending observation by the UNECE registrar agent, per the Phase-0 governance model.
