Adds Reeco (Stefano Cipriani Studio, Italy) to the Software Solutions implementation register.

Scope: DPP v0.6.1 + DCC v0.6.1 — textile sector (HS 50–63) Status: active (not planned)

Implementation test report: 6/6 DPP test cases pass, 16/16 DCC structural checks pass.

Reeco is an Expert Member of CIRPASS-2 EWG1, EWG3, EWG5 and has formally contributed the GRS-to-DPP mass balance gap to the CIRPASS-2 standardisation process (contribution ID: bb6997ac).
