This MR fixes the broken CI build caused by dead links to a non-existent ChainOfCustody.md page.

DigitalTraceabilityEvents.md contained 6 references to ../design-patterns/ChainOfCustody.md, which doesn't exist. The chain of custody / mass-balance content lives in MassBalance.md. All links have been updated to point to the correct page.
