Spec for DFR updated with Facility as credentialSubject.

Update the specification for DFR to match the model change in !586 (merged) .

This one is uncontroversial as, similar to the DPP, DFR.credentialSubject was a Facility in 0.5.0 already.

Updated the SVG after re-arranging and showing an imported class or two.
