chore: sync DigitalFacilityRecord data model with Jargon

gitlab-repo-access-token requested to merge feature/jargon-sync-untp-dfr into main

Adds [jargon.aggregation] to DigitalFacilytRecord.facility and sets FacilityRecord's's @id to masquerade as the Facility. See #540
