Generating `/llms.txt` and `/llms-full.txt` paths.

This merge request seeks to address #545 (closed).

  • Added a new plugin to docusaurus: docusaurus-plugin-llms
  • On production builds it adds two new routes: /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt
  • Future "web scraping" of data for training LLMs will use these pages in their training.
