Correction of wording around ISO/IEC 18975

It is incorrect to say the ISO/IEC 18975 is the same as GS1 Digital Link. Like the IEC 61406 series, which uses the query string approach, GS1 Digital Link which uses the structured path approach, is conformant with ISO/IEC 18975, but they are not equivalent. Also, "Digital link" is a trademark of Panasonic so where GS1 Digital Link is meant, it's essential to include "GS1" to distinguish it.

This PR fixes those mistakes and gives the correct name for ISO/IEC 18975.
