DID Methods page and guidance for `did:webvh`.

  • This change introduces a new page specifically for guidance on DID Methods.
  • References to did:web in the specification have been refactored to did:method and linking the reader to the DID Method page.
    • This has impacted the Identity Resolver, Digital Identity Anchor, and Digital Product Passport page and examples.
  • Guidance on did:webvh is added.
  • Guidance on did:web is added
  • A reusable Registry Template is provided for future methods.
  • This PR seeks to close #514
