Suggested changes from GTR project (via Marcos Allende) - See issue #537

These changes are part of an initial review by the UN/CEFACT Global Trust Registry (GTR) project (see issue 537 for history).

There will be subsequent proposed changes as the GTR project reviews the specification and description in more detail.
