Add 0.6.1 released artefacts

This PR just curls the released artefacts from the Jargon releases to update the context links.

We have this situation because we create PRs with changes on Jargon snapshots, but not on Jargon releases.

I think we mentioned this during the call the other week, but we'd need to create PRs on a Jargon release as well, to capture these when the Jargon release is done, rather than manually curling them. Is that right @kshychko ?
