Update diagram references and de-duplicate architecture sections

This PR has the following changes

  • Update architecture section with the correct diagrams (now including facility records)
  • Added the Recommendation 49 supply chain diagram to the "about" section
  • De-duplicated the text in specification / architecture pages.
  • Added the critical minerals value chain example to the transparency graphs page.
