About: Reverse the race-to-bottom circle like in presentation.

I really liked the way, in the presentation (and video?) the race to the bottom graphic was turning in the reverse direction (anti-clockwise) from the race to the top (clockwise) - conveying going backwards (at least to me).

When I later read down in the About page, I noticed that there, it was not the case:

This PR just reverses the race to the bottom circle used on the about page, so it now looks like:
