Proposed changes

Request that references to ‘Technical artefacts’ be distinguished from ‘business’ usage of the corresponding terms, by presenting Technical artefact references exclusively as UNTP web addresses. Request the use of language described in Issue #647 (closed) for non-URI references: "Product Passport", "Facility Record", "Traceability Event", "Identity Anchor", "Identity Resolver", "Conformity Vocabulary" & “Conformity Credential”

This distinction is inconsistent across the Core Vocabulary, Architecture and the various other specification pages.
