1. Include smallholder inclusiveness and ethical data governance to the high-level requirements. It could sit with pt. 5 or be added separately. The currently mentioned “confidentiality” appears to be focused on “business confidentiality”.
   From EUDR preparation we learned that in smallholder-based supply chains, compliance data may include personal or otherwise sensitive data and that data sharing exposes smallholders to several risks of data misuse (there is an upcoming FAO publication on this topic).
