Merge feature/doc-repo into the main branch

Merge the feature/doc-repo branch into the main branch. feature/doc-repo branch includes:

  • CRUD operations for files, including the metadata management
  • File ingestion and retraction between doc-repo and dataprep microservice.
  • CRUD operations for labels (which won't be used in current MVP but could be helpful for future labelling workflow refinement)
