* feat: Add AgentTrust packages, docs, and tests

Introduce the AgentTrust suite and supporting infra: new packages for AgentTrust (OpenTelemetry, Policy.Opa, Mcp, A2A, Core and AspNetCore), many source modules (delegation, workload identity, sender constraints, JWKS resolver, telemetry/receipt writers, MCP interceptors/guards, OPA policy engine) and associated test projects. Add MATURITY.md and update README, docs (capabilities, ENTERPRISE_ROADMAP, docs index) to document maturity, architecture, and AgentTrust features. Update solution file to include the new projects and test projects. Also add wallet audit/lifecycle interfaces and in-memory/test implementations and multiple unit tests to cover the new functionality.
