DMR List Request View

To replace the google sheet the plan is to show all requests from the DMR Form #47 in the order received on this page https://unlocode.unece.org/contribute/list

There should be sufficient filters to view the requests, by country (Focal point) or date received or requestor etc to easily find the ones to review.

What else would be useful here to assist the maintenance team?
